Unreleased

TODO: paliaplay v0.1.0 will be the first release. Phase 0 has bootstrapped the project as a fork from scummap@a0a3c95 with SCUM-specific assets removed; Phase 1 verifies the local dev loop runs; Phase 2 lands the headline feature — a working minimap with live Palia player position. Subsequent phases swap world data for Palia, set up the new Discord application, generate fresh Tauri signing keys, provision the VPS, and ship the first signed overlay installer.
